 * I have recently switched my site to a self hosted location. I am running the
   wordpress platform though. However, I can’t figure out how to see my reader??
   It seems to be completely gone? I also can’t figure out how to see my RSS?? Please

 * Can you elaborate on what you mean by your reader? Are you referring to your
   own RSS file?

 * Well both I guess. On wordpress.com I was subscribed to multiple blogs and their
   posts would show up in a ‘reader’
 * I am also looking for the RSS file for my own blog…

 * There’s no comparable functionality in a self-hosted site (unless you want to
   display these feeds on your site) because you are no longer part of the wordpress.
   com network. You would need to subscribe to each of these blogs using whatever
   RSS reader you prefer.
 * > I am also looking for the RSS file for my own blog
 * Assuming WordPress is installed in the root of your domain, then you should be
   able to locate it using [http://example.com/feed](http://example.com/feed) or
   [http://example.com/?feed=rss2](http://example.com/?feed=rss2) (if you are still
   using the default permalink structure).

 * Okay, thank you. I am now using RSS reader, but I am still confused about my
   own RSS… For example,
 * I am trying to sign into technorati, to register my blog, and it tells me I need
   to enter my feed URL:
 * “Feed URL*
 * Please enter the URL of your blog feed.
    Please enter the URL of your blog feed.
   Please enter the URL for the RSS or Atom feed for your blog. To learn more about
   feeds, “
 * Where would I find this URL?

 * ok i think that works, however on my dashboard it still tells me this message:
 * RSS Error: A feed could not be found at [http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch_feeds?scoring=d&ie=utf-8&num=10&output=rss&partner=wordpress&q=link:http://domesticsuperhero.com/](http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch_feeds?scoring=d&ie=utf-8&num=10&output=rss&partner=wordpress&q=link:http://domesticsuperhero.com/).
   A feed with an invalid mime type may fall victim to this error, or SimplePie
   was unable to auto-discover it.. Use force_feed() if you are certain this URL
   is a real feed.

 * Don’t worry about it. Your site is not yet old enough to have any inbound links
   from other blogs.
