Readability and SEO — “Not Available”?

Hello,

First, thanks for providing such great support in this forum. I understand how challenging it can be as I have done tech support for quite some time. I have included all the supporting information in this post as well as searching the other threads before posting.

Screen Cap of Settings

1. In the upper lefthand corner, I have an image of the post/page edit screen in which SEO and Readability are marked as Not Available.

2. In the upper right, I have an image of the site-wide settings under SEO > Dashboard > Features in which I show both are active.

3. This is for an admin user account, and the lower image shows the settings in which both of the user level settings are unchecked.

Additionally, to check for conflicts with other plugins (as recommended by another thread in this forum), I have deactivated all other plugins for the site.

Is there something I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have Yoast SEO setup on other sites, and I really value these two features.
