Why “Read this Review”? Because I am going to tell you to read the documentation!

I worked for 2 weeks trying to improve images and overall speed. Fired one hosting company, tested a 2nd, landed with a third. It came down to integrating CDN cheaply and integrating images without gimmicks.

Please note, I installed Webp Express and nothing happened. Nothing. However, I pressed the first of three test buttons. Not only did they indicate it failed, but it also said why. (Note to developer: Stress those buttons more as a feature).

Because of the configuration of my hosting and CDN, I needed to take some different steps. After doing those and a chat with the hosting provider to correct an error on my part.

Now instead of half information and attempts to upsell that the other image plugins had, I have a very fast, understandable, stable site.
