Read This Post link goes to the last post's permalink

    when visiting my site nicholosophy.com on my iphone, the posts show up correctly and the header of each post links to the correct permalink. However the “Read This Post” link points to the last post in the list that is displayed.

    Anything I might have missed? I can’t think of anything…
