    Good to see you on the Easy Property Listings support forums. Please read this and follow these guidelines before opening a new thread:

    • If it’s a bug, please report it on Github, but make sure you download the latest version from Github first and check if your problem still exists with that version.
    • If you’re not sure it’s a bug, search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.

    We have done our best to provide free support to date however we can no longer do this. There are only so many hours in a day and continue to make this the best real estate platform for you. Many issues are related to your theme and we have a great theme setup guide, extensive self help documentation along with many pre configured theme templates you can use.

    When you purchase support from us we provide first class email support and will do what we can to solve your issue as quickly as possible.

    We only provide support to all users who purchase a support plan for the Easy Property Listings plugin. This is a very advanced real estate plugin with features you will not find anywhere else.

    These last few weeks have been an incredible challenge to the team and myself personally on our journey to create awesome software for real estate websites.

    We’ve hit some major unexpected roadblocks and some that we knew that were coming but were not as prepared as we could have been.

    Not only have we experienced exponential growth with Easy Property Listings but some family issues with team and myself personally have put the brakes on.

    This has only allowed me to strategically prepare for the next roadblock that can in life appear at anytime and out of anywhere.

    I’m thankful for our team, and your patience and being part of this amazing WordPress community during this time on the road to Easy Property Listings 3.1

    We have a huge number of things planned, additional extensions, child themes and a lot more that we will be sharing with you as soon as we possibly can.

    Now that my partner Toni is home and she is recovering from her recent operation we can move forward at a faster, clearer and more structured pace.

    I’ve also been dabbling and rambling and using YouTube as a platform that has allowed me to pass on the knowledge currently burned in my braincells and aren’t helping you. My journey has been a terribly tough uphill battle to take EPL where I can see it being and how it can help WordPress developers and real estate agent communities get online.

    We do need your help to accelerate our growth to provide you with the best software products that we can.

    Testing out this plugin, I tried changing the field name as described here:

    added this code to functions file, but field name has not changed. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    In reading this post area it leaves me with a couple of questions.

    First, before I get to the questions that popped up after reading this… I had a pre-sales question. And I could not find the answer on the site documentation.

    In fact, it sounds like you have to buy to ask a question. Which is not going to happen. In fact, I am going to develop a RATEwpPlugin site to share my concerns but now onto the question.

    Does your plugin work on a multisite network?

    Then, if it does, my concern questions are: 1. Are you going to continue this project or have personal “things” popped into your life and this project is going to become abandoned?

    Actually Steve, thanks for letting me know, that update was 5 months ago. I’ve re-created the top section so cheers.

    — We released several updates over the past 30 days and are releasing extension updates as we complete them. No plan to stop, last year was challenging and am moving forward as that is in the past.

    Does your plugin work on a multisite network?
    — It sure does

    Great response time. Thank you Merv. I will “spend some time” asking a few questions. And, cudos to you.

    On another note: I am, in March, receive my self-proclaimed two year wordpress badge. I have become so excited and so frustrated at many items.

    I am going to test your plugins. And do a review on RATEwpPlugins in the next months or so.

    Time is a valuable thing.

    Are you serious? If I purchase one plugin and it does not work I can get a refund. But is I purchase the bundle to see if they actually work together there is NO REFUND EVER?

    I have the bundle in my cart and ready to checkout.. but now if it does not work too bad so sad? REALLY?

    Regarding bundle refunds this is quite common and we build software and stand behind our products.

    Its because you get access to all software and there is no software protection that disables the plugins.

    Hello Merv Barrett. I have not abandoned the project. I manage an insurance brokerage during the week. Friday afternoon and Saturday are the times I get to tinker on web stuff. I have three projects in the works but I did purchase the bundle. I will be implementing the plugins within the next couple of months.
