 * Hi
    I’m building a system that distributes information to other sites at the
   moment using the REST API. At the moment I’m looking at authentication. OAUTH
   looks a bit of a nightmare to be honest, but as I only want to allow read access,
   with no access to PUT etc, can I just install the OAUTH plugin and not add in
   any users. Would that be enough to give me a ‘read only’ REST system, which is
   actually what I am after. I guess to put it another way, what does OAUTH actually
   authorise? Weirdly I haven’t been able to find this anywhere. Thanks
