read oexternal js script

    Hi Ruben!

    One question. Is it possible to read an external file with all the D3 code, similar to what iframe should do? For example, reference the file between the [d3 link] tags and then call it between the [d3 source] ones?

    If possible, can you tell me how?

    I’d like to edit my d3 files in an editor and save them separately to keep the post edition cleaner!

    Hi,

    I just copy-paste the comment from the blog to keep the support forum up to date:

    “currently only local mode is supported, i.e. you can only reference files in the same server where the blog is.
    I had thought about this option before but for security and performance concerns I haven’t implemented yet.
    Maybe it’s about time for a second chance in the next release ;-)”
