Read More not linking to the rest of my blog (1 post)

    Hi I have a wordpress site that is used primarily as a CMS and I want to add a blog page that is not the home page. I have read a number of articles on here and have managed to set up a separate blog page. I've also managed to get it to only show a summary and then a Read More button. My problem is when I click Read More it goes to a hello world page which is basically my home page. I should state that I did not set up the site, I have inherited it and in fact all the blog functionality seems to have been removed, I have no ability to create posts and the only way I can access the post sections is to Preview from my newly created Blog page and then click the Edit button. I haven't yet linked my blog page to any menu's yet but here is the link to what it currently looks like http://acenights.com.au/blog-2?preview=true&preview_id=1988&preview_nonce=61431f83b1

    The code that sits behind it looks like this:
    ' <?php
    /* Template Name: WPBeginnerT1 */ ?>

    <?php get_header(); ?>
    <?php get_sidebar(); ?>
    <div id="content">

    $temp = $wp_query;
    $wp_query = new WP_Query();
    while ($wp_query->have_posts()) : $wp_query->the_post();

    <div id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class(); ?>>
    <?php if ( is_front_page() ) { ?>
    <h2 class="entry-title"><?php the_title(); ?></h2>
    <?php } else { ?>
    <h1 class="entry-title"><?php the_title(); ?></h1>
    <?php } ?>

    <h2 id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>">
    " rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title(); ?>">
    <php the_title(); ?>
    <small><?php the_time('F jS, Y') ?> <!-- by <?php the_author() ?> --></small>

    global $more;
    $more = 0;

    <div class="entry">
    <?php the_content('Read Full Article »'); ?>

    </div><!-- .entry-content -->
    </div><!-- #post-## -->

    <?php endwhile; // end of the loop. ?>
    ?> '

    I believe it is using a twenty ten theme. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
