# Read more link not inline

 * Hello
 * Yes, I have read the codex entry, but I cannot find anything that deals with 
   this.
 * My Read more link on the page seems to be wrapped in
    pre tags. For some reason
   this is pushing my “Read more” link:
 * <?php the_content(‘…Read more’); ?>
 * Down on another line, in a paragraph or after a line break. I cannot tell as 
   Webdev gives no CSS info on it.
 * Is there a way to make this not happen? There is no CSS styling on pre.
 * Thanks
