Read more link

When a user clicks the Read more link at the bottom of a post on my index page it does not go to the top of the destination page. It goes to the bottom of the page requiring the user to scroll to the top of the page.

How can I fix this wonky thing so when the Read more is clicked it goes to the top of the destination page?
