# Read More function

 * Hi, I have a long post and I want to be able to show the first few paragraphs
   and then have a “Click Here To Read More” button.
 * Is this functionality built into WP or is there a plugin I can get? I can’t seem
   to find anything.

 * When you’re writing a post, you can insert the famous `more` tag just by clicking
   on the button. On the other hand, you can change `the_content` in `the_excerpt`
   in your php files, or do like me and get an excerpt plugin (see tab “extend” 
   above).
