Read More and Title tags displaying broken link

Montezuma theme site that the titles of blogs and the “read more” button on blogs are all redirecting to the same broken link. All the titles, all the “read mores” redirect to the link /exhibitors. There is an exhibitors page on the site but has the address of /list-of-exhibitors This makes no sense could someone please help me? the web address is http://www.workfortsmith.org
