I don’t think I get you. The Read more will show up on the Blog page when the Post Content is set to Excerpt. Refer to this screenshot, please.

I have maked Astra to an homepage and I work with pages not post.
Is there anything I can do to make READ MORE on pages? Or do I have to make pages to posts?

Unfortunately, it would be showing up only for Posts. In fact, only Posts will be showing up on a Blog/Archive page. This is how it works on WordPress by default.

No. You don’t need the Astra Pro plugin just for that. In fact, it has nothing to do with the Astra Pro plugin. It is the default behaviour of WordPress that the Posts that show up on the Blog/Archive page will have a Read more link.
BTW Bruce, I feel that I didn’t clearly understand you. Do you have any site samples that I can take a look at?
