    Warning for people wanting to buy this plugin. The author is unresponsive. He will not respond to your emails even though you pay for support. It’s been 5 days so far. Will keep updating my experience so others don’t have to go through the same thing.

    First I’ve heard from you. I’ve sent two tickets in to you here > https://accessibility-helper.co.il/support/. I have received nothing back. It’s been 5 days.

    I have no problem with the plugin, I actually like it and think you did a great job with it. Just want what I paid for is all.

    This is the free plugin version forum, I am not sure what do you want me to do with all that information in this place….

    I’m confused, I just told you that I submitted the ticket on your website? What website are you referring to? https://accessibility-helper.co.il/support/ Is this not your website or what? It’s the same website that I bought the plugin from so what are you talking about? I’m opening up this message to get your attention since nobody got back to me.

    Yes that is where I made my tickets. After they were submitted, a confirmation message popped up in the bottom left saying the message was sent but it disappeared so quick that I couldn’t even get a screenshot of it to show you. I also didn’t receive any confirmation emails of any sort. My email is the same as my WP handle. I accidentally enabled the license on my dev site instead of the prod site because I didn’t see the notice until after I clicked the button.
