• Hi Joese

    Quick question or two

If I deactivate entry wizard rating forms (EZratings) and then reactivate will I maintain the ongoing forms even if I close them first or will I lose them?

The reason I ask is that EZratings does not see any of my judges now I had to add entry wizard helper to them for any of the judges showing up but then they can now see what other judges are doing.

We did a cleanup up of unnecessary plugins and in doing so lost the entry wizard judge ratings to see the judges, even though they still had entry wizard judge on their
    profile.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m not sure what you mean by “entry wizard helper” — I’m guessing that may be a role you created. What is required is the role “ewz_judge” which should have been created when you installed the ewz-rating plugin. It may have been messed up by another plugin. It should be re-created if you deactivate and reactivate.

Deactivating and reactivating should not lose you any data, it just stops ewz-rating from working.
Uninstalling (delete) and re-installing would lose all your data.

Ah yes I use rolls to create a helper that could go in and download the ratings and look at uploaded image in order to make sure they are in the proper sections , without giving them full admin to the site . I know you have the options in EW permissions but it was easier to create a WP helper and just assign it to members who look after EW
