 * After you’ve used up your Fast Queue quota, your image optimization requests 
   will go to the Standard Queue. The images will be processed a bit more slowly,
   but they will still be processed.
 * Fast Queue quota resets on the 1st of every month, so if you still have images
   to process by June 1st, they will be added to the Fast Queue.
