  • I am having the same issue, I logged in using a different email address and cant reset it back to the correct one

    This is what I got back from them:

    If you are using WordPress please deactivate the plugin and delete it from your WordPress dashboard. Now install the WordPress plugin from the correct ClickDesk account. Please use which has instructions to install WP plugin.

    It did work — deleting is the importing step, I think. I also made sure to be logged in as the correct user before doing any agent validation.

    You can also signout of your ClickDesk account, deactivate the plugin and access the plugin dashboard with the correct Google email address.
