    First let me say that I am an avid user of this plugin, and appreciate all of your hard work thus far.

    With that being said, I’m sure by now you are aware of the many issues with V9… basically it is not working and has totally taking down my client support page. I had to revert back to v.8 in order to get it working again.

    The reason for this support ticket is for the continuous loading wheel that appears when my client attempts to create a support ticket. You can click the following link to see what my client sees:

    Any ideas on how to resolve this issue. The plugin works fine on my other client sites.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in reply here.

    Regarding issue, I can see you have been using old version from your screen-shot. Please note, downgrading to old version is not possible if you upgraded to new version as we make database upgrade. It will not work again with old version.

    Please update to new version, create ticket on our website if you find any further issues. One of our agent will respond you as soon as he can.
