 * I am using a plugin to optimze all media files. I noticed that this will not 
   impact the actual files served because they are located inside the bucket and
   not in the media library?
 * How may I re-migrate the newly optimized media files to the plugin?

 * If the optimizing plugin didn’t use the WP uploader to handle the images, then
   you have to do it manually.

 * Hi Mika, I’m facing the same issue – trying to optimise my existing media library.
 * In an attempt to fix, I created a new empty bucket. then assigned the new bucket
   within the plugin. Then I ran search and replace on the site to make sure the
   links were correct.
 * When I inspect the code, it’s showing the correct link, and the images are showing,
   but when I load image directly I get an XML error.
 * I also tried deactivating then deleting the plugin / data, reinstalling using
   new keys and pointing to the new bucket, but same again unfortunately.
 * This is all on a local dev site at present
 * Any help would be much appreciated
