My website http://www.supersavvysteph.com has had the white screen of death, I have tried to fix it using instructions here and had no success.

I have a massive problem though, I had been working on the site from the beginning on the same day it white screened so I didn’t have a back up of any text files, my question is, can I save the text I have already uploaded before and then re-upload it when I do a re-install?

I am new to this still so please if you can help give me simple step by step kind of stuff…

    Thanks

  • Your text/content should still be safe in your database. Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
