Re-generate entire cache

I’m attempting to generate a full static cache of my site. I need to do this so I can export every post as a flat file. When I run the Pre-load script it seems to generate most of the files but leaves some out. For example, I don’t see my homepage (index.html) included in the cache.

Is there a specific setup that will allow me to re-generate every page/post on the site when creating the Preload?
