# re-direct url and replace

 * i need some help. i’m a first time wordpress user and i set up my site (site4),
   but there are 3 other domains (i.e. site1, site 2, and site 3) that i own that
   i want to redirect to the main one. i also would like to replace the url with
   the main one – site4. so if someone types in site1, for example, it will go straight
   to site4 and replace the url with site4.
 * how do i do this? many thanks in advance.

 * i did that already. thank you so much. one additional question. how do i replace
   the URL to the main one that i’m using. of my 4 domains, they all redirect to
   the main one, but the URL you type in stays the same. is there a plug-in to change
   it to the main URL? my hosting company told me that i have to edit the htaccess
   file and i don’t have any clue how to do that. is there a simpler way?
