    Hi there! After creating all the EANs for my product catalog, I receive information from the google merchant that some of them do not have a valid GTIN. Is it possible to recreate only for the products that appear this problem?
    Thanks for the support!

    Hi @laserstore,

    Yes, it’s possible. You have a number of options:

    1. Go to the product’s admin edit page, and click the Generate EAN button (it’s right near the EAN input field). Make sure that Add “Generate” button checkbox is enabled in “WooCommerce > Settings > EAN > General > Admin product edit page”.

    2. Go to your products list, select some products, and choose Generate EAN in the “Bulk actions” dropdown. Make sure that Generate EAN is selected in “WooCommerce > Settings > EAN > Tools > Product Actions > Bulk actions”.

    3. Go to “WooCommerce > Settings > EAN > Tools” and run the Generate EAN for all products tool.

    Please note that in all cases, EAN for the product has to be empty. I.e., our plugin will not overwrite the existing EANs; you’ll need to delete EANs for these products first.

    Hope this helps. And please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi @algoritmika Thanks for the quick support! The button option was actually disabled, but even after enabling it, the button to generate EAN does not appear in the product administration. See:

    Another thing that happens is that if I delete the EAN and update the product, the same number returns to the field, making it impossible to change it in mass actions, for example.
    Did I get it wrong? Let me know about it!

    @laserstore,

    the button to generate EAN does not appear in the product administration

    That’s because it will only appear when EAN is empty. Please delete the EAN and update the product – the button should be displayed then.

    if I delete the EAN and update the product, the same number returns to the field

    Could you please go to “WooCommerce > Settings > EAN > Tools > Product Actions”, and check if you’ve set the “Automatic actions > Update product” option to “Generate”. If that’s the case, please set it to “Disabled” instead.
