Pioneer Valley Web Design, What do you mean by "Grabs screenshot of my reply as posted and emails to the AG. What is going on here?"

I made a post earlier and a mod removed it...another mod restored the ones I made on another post of yours...but apparently not here...sometimes they get overzealous I believe.

I replied that what you are seeing looks just like comment spam:

and my write up on it:

Pioneer Valley Web Design, I am not sure what "comment spam" is. I never ran across that canary before in dealing with spams and spammers.

That is why I added the links, for your perusal. Please consult the Codex on all things WordPress.

By the way when I do a knowledge base search I end up with a bunch of links into the forum insted of to the knowledge base.

Yup, that happens, try to be more specific in the search or enclose in quotes "comment spam". That said, those are often quite helpful but look for the newest related posts and test anything off your main site.

You can also search at Google. This forum's post are indexed there right away so a date filter search can help find posts that are more current.

Yeah looks like spam on your comment forms. There are a few plugins out there which can really help with this, biggest one being Akismet (definitely worth setting up on all WordPress sites)
