# RE Blocks are not loading

 * Hi ! 
   I’m having an issue with RE blocks for a few days now. When using elementor
   I’m used to click on the RE logo, then browse differents RE blocks (in the library)
   and insert the choosen block on my page. But since a few days it doesn’t work
   anymore, I can only load blocks that are available on the left sidebar. I tried
   on two different websites (with differents extensions and theme) : same result.
   I’m really ennoyed, cause the blocks on the browse pop-up are pre-configured 
   as I need them to be. I was considering buying the pro version but now … I’m 
   reconsidering since i’m not sure it will work.Can you help me ?

   Elementor v.  3.14.1Royal Elementor Addons v. 1.3.70Theme 
   Bard Pro (Royal Flush) 2.7.9

 * Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site
   info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/re-blocks-are-not-loading/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
 * Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export

   as well.
 * We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to
   debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

 * I’d like to send you the mail but my “Export All” file is about 120 Mo. Do you
   accept WeTransfer links ? Or do you prefer an other platform to send you the
