Re-activate the plugin after upgrading to version 4.0

    OK I assume this is needed when you get the messege De plugin rvg-optimize-database/rvg-optimize-db.php is uitgeschakeld als gevolg van een fout: De plugin heeft geen geldige “header”

    I posted about this here, but it has disappeared
