RC1 WYSIWYG Missing, Help

I’ve tried installing WordPress 2 RC1 three times thinking I’d made a mistake. In the “Write Post” screen there are no WYSIWYG buttons. There are no quicktags either, just the title and text boxes. I’m using Firefox (and I can’t see them in IE either).
