Raw HTML resetting back to default on VC

    Just started happening recently and not sure what’s causing it. Every time I go into a page to edit a raw html element, when I click the edit icon it loads the default content when creating a new raw html element, and it does so for all raw html elements on the page. So whenever I have to edit a page, if it contains a raw html element I will need to go into it and put in what was there before. How can I fix this so the html element doesn’t revert back to default? Thanks in advance.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
