RAW HTML Problems in personalized message content restriction

    The fact is that the page is made for those who are waiting to verify their account. To do this I have restricted the entry only to those who are not registered. But at the same time I have activated the personalized message, which allows me to customize the message in html, but unfortunately simply detects it as if it were a text.

    I would like someone to help me edit this section to insert html code.
