Sitemap plugin lists Home page as a date instead of "Home"

I am using the Raven theme with the WP Sitemap Page plugin to generate a sitemap page for visitors. The plugin lists all pages correctly, except for the Home page, which is lists as “January 13, 2014”. I’m not sure where that date is coming from, and I’d blame the plugin, but it also happened with the Sitemap plugin as well.

My sitemap page is at http://mysticwisdom.net/sitemap/, and the HTML code for the link to the Home page is <li class="page_item page-item-25"><a href="http://mysticwisdom.net/">January 13, 2014</a></li>.

Any ideas?
