 * Does this plugin work on WP network sites? And if yes, does it work just invidually
   per site or can I get highest rated posts from all network blogs?

 * It is designed to work individually per multisite and not as a whole and hence
   it is not possible to get the highest rated post from all network blog as the
   data is separated.
