Hello,

First, awesome plugin. I seem to have an issue when displaying rating from a post on my post grid. Please see this site. (www.palateteaser.com) Please see the second column. (the first column contains a different ratings plugin.

As you can see the display of the rating is vertical and is missing the color and other information. Do you have a solution for this. This is pulling from my manual excerpt.

Hi there,

are you adding the rating/results widget via shortcode or automatically to all posts? If you are using shortcodes try the automatic option just that we figure out what is causing the issues. In such cases I recommend including the widgets directly to the post template. See more here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/overwriting-excerpts/

It was a similar issue and we managed to resolve it 🙂

Thanks for the response. I tried using shortcode and doing it automatically. I am using a child theme for OceanWP. Can you let me know how I would include the widget directly into the post template?

This seems to be an issue with how the post grid is displaying the information. All the information in my post is correct.

It’s hard to say because I don’t know the structure of you theme.

Hi – I’m seeing the same thing here – this is visible when using learndash focus mode. I added the rating to custom post type sfwd-lessons via the Ratemypost settings:

I have also tried adding <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[ratemypost]’); ?>, which produces this:
