@user325 could you please try deactivating the plugin and then activating it back again? (don’t worry, all the ratings’ data will be preserved).

Your hosting provider may have blocked external API calls. Please contact our support via [support AT rating-widget DOT com] and attach a screenshot of your-site.com/path/wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius
(replace your-site.com/path
with your address) and we’ll take a look.

it stopped working also on other 2 sites
all my 3 sites on the different hostings
but they have something common – all of them working though CloudFlare
Does your servers work ok with all CloudFlare Servers IPs?

found the problem
I moved my site from http to https using CloudFlare
in WordPress database’s table “wp_options” I changed site address from http to https for next option_name
siteurl
home
but for some my sites I forgot to add $_SERVER['HTTPS'] = 'on';
to wp-config.php
this is why Rating-Widget didn’t work
when I added it started to work
because of this also didn’t work wp-admin (WordPress control panel), my site is static so I don’t use wp-admin control panel
but site itself was working ok, only Rating-Widget and wp-admin wasn’t working without $_SERVER['HTTPS'] = 'on';
