[Resolved] Rating widget Premium need to reset
so my site got attacked by malicious bots and now all my ratings are out of whack, I looked for a way to reset thes individual ratings but I cannot find it so I decided to reset all the ratings because it was the only button I could find it’s asking me to change the key does this mean it is changing my key to a non premium key?.
so I reset and it got a new key itself (don’t know if this is a premium key) Anyway it hasn’t reset at all. it got a new key but all the ratings are still the same. How do I fix this, at this rate I will have to remove the whole widget because buying a new key is not something I am willing to do.

Don’t suppose you can get in contact with me. You should have my email address if you can find my website in your ratings. I have to know how they are somehow rating up the series by thousands even after I blocked non members from doing it. I can’t stop it from happening because we don’t host the ratings therefore we cannot look at logs to find which IP addresses are doing this.
If you can’t find my email address can I send it to you via [ redacted, support is offered via the forum and not email. Also don’t post other people’s email address ] ?
The email I posted was one advertised on rating-widget site as a contact email. I didn’t realise this would cause problems, sorry.
Any news on this? My ratings are still showing insane ratings left by whatever hack is being used to rate them up so I had to remove the widget from the website. If I could make a suggestion, I highly recommend a captcha like a simple math question (like captcha plugin) when anyone clicks to rate anything as this would stop any automated rating hacks in it’s tracks. The big problem I have is, as I said earlier, with the ratings hosted elsewhere I can’t find out who is doing it because I have access to no such logs.
