i have them both, i have checked + i have other plugins that relay on this function.
It is there now, and it works for me.
But the 0.5 stars still exists, could you go edit any one of the post to see the 3 custom fields ratings_average, ratings_users and ratings_score to see if there is any unusual?
Also, restore all templates to default and use the included rating images instead of your own.
