Rating Location on “Submit a Comment” and form fields

    Hi

    I want to use the plugin (pro) in conjucntion with the comments form to gain feedback on the pages and posts, but I would like to change the layout and content of the form to make it flow better.

    I would like it as follows:
    Rating
    Comment
    Name
    Email

    Have you any suggestions for coding I can place in functions.php to get this layout?

    Additionally I would like to stop the submitted comments being displayed publicly so I am trying to find some code to put in functions.php to stop the comments feed.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
