Rating keeps loading + Failed To Verify error

    Hi! I’m using the latest WordPress with WP Fastest Cache and a Varnish server. The WP PostRatings plugin always worked fine, but now the loading image keeps spinning and i get a lot of Failed To Verify Referrer errors. The ratings gets saved, but doesn’t show until the page is refreshed.

    Is there any way to get this fixed? I’ve already tried some of the solutions provided in this support forum, but that didn’t work or I got a white screen error.

    Sorry, the plugin doesn’t really work well with caching because the cache also caches the nonce code in the markup. It is probably a bad design from the start as I did not code it with caching in mind. I don’t have a solution for you except to try another rating plugin.

    Thanks! Sorry for the late reply.

    Is there maybe any possibility the plugin gets an update to support caching? Or what other plugin do you recommend?

    I recommend using PollDaddy Ratings =)

    I will not be able to update it to support caching as it requires a rewrite and I am quite busy with my fulltime job =)

    Hi Lester, thanks for the suggestion. I tried PollDaddy Ratings but landed on WordPress Multi Rating.
