Rating icon just keeps loading :/

I am using your plugin for a client to give a thumbs up or down on images from a recent photo shoot. it worked very well and extremely helpful to us.

Ever since the wordpress update the ratings icon just keep loading no thumbs appear. I cannot see which ones the client liked or not. nor can they continue to use my site for analysis of their photos.

Please Help?
