rating display issue in rating summary and rating display shortcode

    Hi there, the rating is displayed fine in chrome, firefox,iphone 6 and 7. however when i was testing my website with ipad mini and iphone4s, the active stars is shifted away from the passive star in the rating summary. (the rating within the comments section still work fine) Can you help me out please?
