Even though we use a banner to ask our users to share their experience with our plugin, please bear in mind that this is completely optional. We are not forcing our users to share their experiences in order to close the banner. You can simply close the banner by clicking the close button at the top right corner as demonstrated in this screencast.

I am having the same problem. The rating box will not go away.
I love that you think I am not intelligent enough to at least try to click the “close” button. Your product is BUGGED I tell you. Not that I’m an idiot, not that I don’t know how to use a computer or wordpress, not that I just really, really, really wanted to leave a bad review for some random company. I just want the stupid thing to close or go away. I would have given you 5 stars the first time I tried to close the damn thing but now it’s 1 star over and over bc it won’t freaking go away.
