I don’t see the rating area — the star rating. Where can I find a list of which features are in paid versus free versions? Thanks

Ratings are in the premium version. There’s no side-by-side comparison, but you can scroll down on https://wordpress.org/plugins/testimonials-widget/ to see the Premium features.
