rating and review

Hello,

I’m french. I would like a page to review and note my service’s society.

I have created a page just for that

The client can add review and note. I would like to add rating just for each review, and not modificable by anyone. Just one note for one review.

How can I do? And how can I propose the stars under the review before validation?
