 * hello, I have create a page for clients review.
    I would like to add your plugin
   to have a guestbook, but I would like to add rating system with stars for each
   comment. How can I propose that to my clients when they add their comment in 
   the guestbook?

 * I don’t think that is possible. There is no default functionality for that.
 * There are hooks that you can hook into with PHP-code, but I have no idea if they
   would make this feasible.
 * You might be better off with standard comments and comment_meta.
