  • None of the functions worked like the videos they had posted. Sent in a request for help — no response.

    Despite the video 1) it would not pull photos from media upload. You have to reload all images in WPIA folder. 2) Variable products would not upload properly — it mixed items with other parent listings. 3) The first parent listing would pull every photo into it’s listing. 4)

    Sent in a second request after spending another five hours trying to make it work like the video. Said I was exasperated I couldn’t get any question answered. LOUIS REINGOLD finally replied “You are not welcome as a customer.”

    Here is text of email:

    First — I have all images already uploaded in the media folder — can I not use those?

    Second — created CSV file for variable products. All variations have name of parent. However, it added all variations of each different product only to first product.

    Third — how do I select page template to use?

    Let’s get these resolved and we can move on to other issues.

    Don’t waste your money on this plugin since they will not help when you have an issue! Apparently Louis is easily sent into a rage.

    We didn’t fire you and refund your money because of the e-mail you pasted above.

    We fired you because of the 2nd e-mail you sent four hours later.

    Subject: Help making this software WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Five hours invested in software I spent $139 for and I still can’t get it 1) to work or 2) you to help. I get better response from plugins I paid $14 for.

    I need this software to work and it will not. It does not follow any of your videos!!!!!!!

    We prefer not to deal with people who aren’t respectful.

    I also thought it was unreasonable for you to complain after only 4 hours, considering we clearly state in the automatic reply you got to your first e-mail that our usual response time is 24 hours.

    robbarent thanks for sharing your story, I was planning to purchase this plugin but I guess I will look for other competing plugins with better support and tolerance.

    same for me, I was about to buy this plug-in.

    @soflyy his email wasn’t disrespectful. He was frustrated after paying $139 for software that doesn’t work. 24 hour response is fine for support issues but not when your documentation doesn’t match your product.
