UPS significantly increased their rates a few days ago with an almost $4 fuel surcharge on a $12 package. This plugin is underquoting customer shipping charges and costing me money!

    Hi @mleeber,

Our UPS live rates plugin uses the UPS user account credentials to establish the connection with the UPS API. It means all the rates displayed in the cart and checkout are returned directly from the UPS API. The Fuel surcharge you’ve mentioned is a one of the parameters included in the API response. You can check its amount after enabling the Debug Mode in the plugin settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS.

If for some reason its amount doesn’t match the cost you actually pay for shipping your products with UPS I’m afraid that there might be something wrong with your user account and solving this out may require contacting the UPS support directly.

    Kind regards,
    Łukasz
