Just released 1.2.3 patch with auto-refresh enabled and updated rates files.

Umm… I’ve installed the new version but when I test it (e.g. ship to Malaysia), it says no shipping option available.
Already enabled in Woocommerce –> Settings.

Yes.
There is a Scheduled Action job which daily checks for the updated rate file (based on ‘Last Updated’ field in the JSON file) and overwrites the plugin file for new rate file.
