Hello. A customer was trying to purchase this item but after clicking on “calculate shipping” the rates he was shown are different than the rates I was shown even though we put in the same address. For the customer, it shows USPS Simple as $70.00 but for me USPS Simple is showing &25.00. Needless to say, the customer doesn’t want to buy the $325.00 product now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Melissa,

To clarify, the rates shown depend on:
    – Items weight, dimensions, and quantity.
    – Origin and destination.
    – Settings of the plugin.
    – Third-party plugins or custom code affecting the WooCommerce shipping calculations.

To figure out the issue, we have to find a way to reproduce it. If you have already found it, could you gather the debug info:
    1. Enable the WooCommerce shipping debug mode: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping options -> Enable debug mode.
    2. Go to the cart/checkout page.
    3. Look for the ‘Found X USPS rates’ notice on the top of the page and click ‘Copy’ there.
    4. Paste the copied details here.
    5. Disable the debug mode.
