• This is is not about Live Composer. The plugin is a good product.

    What I don’t like is the rate 5 stars or wait 5 days to get help approach.
    I stopped using Live Composer after waiting for 5 days, and another 5 days after sending a follow up question.

    Reconsider what the quality of this plugin is if you have to wait 10 days for a reply with a website gone blank. And then think about if that is worth 5 stars.

    I realized that rating the plugin with one star which is only based on support is about the same as rating it with 5 stars to get support. Both don’t cover the plugin.

    So I edited this review. My overall impression of Live Composer is good. It takes some time to learn the ins and outs, an internet connection with some speed makes it more stable but Live Composer does what it is supposed to do, designs are neat, scaling is good. So the version I worked with deserves better rating than 1 star, so I changed the rating to reflect that.

    We will try to improve, but not much resources we have to provide the same day support for free at this point. This is why we have an active Facebook group where users try to help each other.
