In the newest WP-version when I press the RSS-button I get the following error message

error on line 12 at column 25: Entity 'raquo' not defined

When I look at the source code of the RSS-file you find the following source line:

    <title>SEO blog &raquo; SEO blog</title>

This raquo thing should therefore be taken out. But how to do that???

    Thanks a lot!

I had exactly the same problem and found the solution, at least on my case.
Turns out that the Graphene theme automatically includes the &raquo; element on the RSS title because it reimplements the wp_title() function using &raquo; as a separator.

Anyway, to solve this, edit the wp-content/themes/graphene/includes/theme-head.php file and replace every appearance of &raquo; to ':'.
It doesn't hurt the aesthetics and solves the issue.

Unfortunately, editing core theme files is not recommended because those changes will be wiped out at the next update.

However, a maintenance update (1.6.1) for Graphene is now available, which fixes the issue. Update to the version, flush your server and browser cache, and everything should be good.
