Raodmap? any hope for app ?

    I want to make dating website, but would like to have also an app. Is there any app on horizon?

    No, it’s virtually impossible. You’d have to be able to configure the application from the WordPress back-office, which is quite a feat.

    I mean just a frontend, for users, and getting info from wp-sql. Maybe even they would need to register on website than just be able to send and receive messages and get notifications and upload images. I am looking for dating script with basic functions(upload image, send messages, block and report members, search by age, gender, high, weight, distance), but is reliable and has an app and I was not able to find one.

    Just curious, but what advantages do you think a smartphone app will have over a web page shown in a mobile web browser? OK, you will get a notification sent direct to your mobile, but the alternative of looking at your web browser once a day isn’t that difficult. People ask for smartphone apps, but really the advantages for some types of applications will be minimal. There are disadvantages – do you really want to install a smartphone app for everything, which could use your microphone, be badly behaved, not uninstall properly, slow down your phone etc.
